Refund and Cancellation Policy
Period Trader | Nestor Soler Effective date: 2026-10-04 Support and requests: admin@periodtrader.com
1. Scope and consumer rights
This policy applies to Period Trader software and membership fees purchased through Whop. It is our voluntary refund and cancellation commitment, in addition to any mandatory consumer rights and rights available under the applicable Whop terms. If those rights provide a longer period or stronger remedy, they prevail. We do not treat downloading, activating or using software as an automatic waiver of a statutory withdrawal right.
2. Full first-payment refund within 7 days
You may request a full refund of your first paid Period Trader product charge within 7 calendar days after that charge. The window starts when the paid charge occurs, not when you first register or start a free trial. It also applies to the first paid charge after a trial converts.
You do not need to show a defect or prove dissatisfaction. Downloading, activating, backtesting or otherwise trying the software does not disqualify a timely first-payment request. This voluntary offer covers the first paid purchase, not an unlimited sequence of repeat purchases after refunds. Mandatory legal remedies remain unaffected.
3. Unused accidental renewals: 72 hours
If your subscription renews accidentally, request a full refund of that renewal within 72 hours after the charge, provided you have not used the paid Period Trader features during the renewed period. For this purpose, use includes running new research/backtests, strategy optimization, live automation or consuming paid-only resources after renewal. Opening an account page to cancel, request a refund or seek support is not disqualifying use.
An automatically running live bot counts as use of automation, so pause it before relying on this unused-renewal option. We may ask reasonable questions to establish eligibility; we do not require you to disclose broker credentials or a private trading history. Absence of usage records is not by itself proof of use. We will explain the reason if a request is declined. These limits do not restrict statutory withdrawal, non-delivery or defect remedies.
4. Cancellation and access
Cancel a recurring subscription through your Whop purchase/subscription management controls or the Period Trader account page. Select the relevant Period Trader subscription, cancel renewal and check its confirmation and access-end date. If you cannot complete cancellation, email admin@periodtrader.com with your purchase email and order reference. A clear cancellation request received before the next charge should be honored for that renewal; if a charge occurs because we failed to action it, contact us for correction.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund ends access earlier, you retain paid access until the end of the period already paid for. Ordinary mid-period cancellation does not create a pro-rated voluntary refund. If your plan has a trial, cancel before the trial end time to avoid its first paid charge; trial access ends as shown in your purchase account. We do not charge a separate cancellation fee.
Deleting the app, disconnecting a broker, leaving a community or deleting a shortcut does not cancel recurring billing. A free tester access period is not a promise of paid or perpetual access. One-time plans, if offered, do not renew unless checkout explicitly establishes recurring charges.
Before paid access expires or a refund is processed, stop or transfer any automation you rely on and manage open positions directly with your broker or exchange. Cancellation, access expiry or refund does not close trading positions or guarantee that every local process stops immediately.
5. Defects, non-delivery and duplicate charges
If paid access is not delivered or the software materially fails to match its description on a supported setup, contact us with the version, a description and redacted diagnostic details. We will address the issue and provide any repair, replacement, refund, price reduction or other remedy required by applicable law. The 7-day and 72-hour voluntary windows do not eliminate those rights.
For duplicate, unauthorized or incorrectly processed payments, use Whop's payment support as well as notifying us where appropriate. Such payment corrections are not limited to the voluntary first-payment window.
6. What the refund covers
A software-fee refund does not reimburse trading losses, unrealized losses, lost profit, broker/exchange fees, trading capital or independently purchased third-party services. No profit or performance guarantee is part of Period Trader.
Trading performance does not create an extra voluntary refund entitlement outside the stated windows, but it does not remove an otherwise eligible first-payment refund. Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or settles a separate legal claim.
7. How to request and receive a refund
Email admin@periodtrader.com from the purchase email address where possible and include the order or payment reference, charge date and whether you request a first-payment or accidental-renewal refund. You may also use an available Whop purchase support/refund request route. Do not send a password, API secret, card details or full license key. If requesting cancellation too, state this explicitly.
Eligible refunds are issued through Whop to the original payment method, subject to its supported payment-reversal process. We do not deduct our own restocking or cancellation fee from an eligible product-fee refund. Separate payment-provider charges are governed by the applicable checkout terms and law. Timing depends on Whop, the payment provider and your bank; no exact banking settlement date is guaranteed.
A refund normally ends the refunded product entitlement and related renewal. Ask for confirmation of both refund and cancellation if recurring billing is involved; we will not intentionally leave a fully refunded subscription renewing without your agreement. We do not guarantee that refunding fees deletes local files or closes trading positions.
8. Disputes and changes
Please contact us to resolve a problem, but doing so is not a condition that removes your right to approach your bank, card issuer, Whop or a consumer authority. We will not deny statutory remedies merely because you exercise dispute rights.
Future policy changes will not retroactively remove refund rights applicable when your charge was made. Keep your purchase confirmation and the policy version supplied at purchase.
